The purpose of the Summer Lunch Program is to connect with the kids and have fun with them while they enjoy a meal that same day. Your role: 10:30am - 11:45am you will be packing lunches and organizing. 11:45am - 1:15pm you'll be on-site, and we'll divide you all into groups to go to our different locations. When you are on site, you will be passing out lunches to the kids and having fun Summer Lunch is a program where we get to feed kids who receive free lunch during school. It's also where we get to have fun and get to know each other. Organized by BTG Community Outreach. Tips: Volunteers MUST wear close toed shoes. Parking is at the City of Newnan parking lot at the corner of Spring Street and First Avenue or the City of Newnan parking at the corner of Gilbert Street and First Avenue.
