Our Culinary In/Externship Program provides hands-on exposure to a professional kitchen environment. Participants gain experience working in a fast-paced setting while becoming familiar with commercial food preparation equipment and standard kitchen operations. The program emphasizes following recipes and cooking methods, accurately measuring and weighing ingredients, and supporting daily production activities. Externs develop foundational skills in food preparation, organization, and teamwork within a structured culinary setting. Age requirement: 17 or above.
