The virtual Volunteer Coordinator for Metamorphasis Powerhouse Company will collaborate with the programs team and site coordinator to effectively manage and support volunteer logistics. This role focuses on coordinating volunteer opportunities listed in the United Way Volunteer Portal, ensuring smooth engagement for events, school programs, and community initiatives. Responsibilities include scheduling and communicating with volunteers to meet program needs from the portal while fostering positive relationships to enhance the impact of our mission. This remote role may occasionally help programs team staff share recruitment fliers, onboarding trainings, and volunteer schedules. This position requires excellent organizational, communication and tech-savvy skills to effectively manage volunteer activities across our eight-county service area. Must have access to phone and laptop/computer/WIFI This volunteer opportunity is open to anyone 18yrs+ with excellent communication skills Flexible hours based on your availability between 9am-5pm M-FRI
